Eligibility Policy:
You must be 18+ to get tattooed. No exceptions. You can not get tattooed if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to book your tattoo session. The price of your deposit will be taken off the total of your final appointment with your artist. All deposits are non refundable even if you cancel prior to 48hrs before your appointment.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
Please provide your artist as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If you do not provide a minimum of 48hrs notice when rescheduling then you will forfeit your deposit to your artist and will be required to send in a new one if you wish to rebook the appointment.
No Show/Late Policy:
If you are going to be late please contact your artist and let them know as soon as possible. If you are 20+ minutes late our artist may require you to reschedule your appointment. No shows automatically forfeit your deposit and you will be asked for a new one if your wish to rebook.
Touch Up Policy:
If something goes wrong with the initial healing of your tattoo don't worry it's covered. Our artists will touch up your tattoo for free as long as you let them know within the first 3 months after getting your tattoo done. Touch ups beyond this initial phase will require a charge depending on the degree of the touch up required. Please ask your artist directly to get an accurate quote.

Q: Where are you located?

Q: How old do I need to be to get tattooed?
A: 18+
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: To book directly with an artist visit the booking section of their page within the website. If you don't have a specific artist in mind fill out our general inquiry form and we will pair you with the best available artist for your project!
Q: My artists books are closed, what does this mean?
A: If an artists books are closed that means they are not accepting new projects at this time because their schedule is currently full. Once their books reopen then you will be able to submit an application for a new project
Q: How long can it take to get a reply via email?
A: When filling out a general inquiry form you can expect a reply back within a week. If you are speaking directly with an artist response times can be a little longer from 1-2 weeks
Q: Can I make changes to my idea after l've sent in my submission?
A: Yes you can. However if you change your idea multiple times before your appointment your artist may recommend you push your appointment back or cancel your appointment till you have a more concrete concept
Q: Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
A: Yes you may. Just please no more than one to prevent the studio from getting over crowded
Q: How can I prepare for my appointment?
A: Eat a good meal before you arrive. You must bring ID that has been issued by the government and has a picture of you (Drivers license, BC ID, passport). Bring comfortable clothes, that are either of a dark colour or that you simply don't mind getting ink on. Bring a water bottle and some snacks with you, or if your appointment is going to be longer than 3hrs bring a lunch. Stop by the bank before your appointment and pick up cash to pay your artist
Q: I booked an appointment but can no longer come in, what should I do?
A: Send your artist an email and let them know. If you notify them 48hrs before your appointment we can reschedule you to a later date if you wish
Q: If I book an appointment then cancel will I get my deposit back?
A: No all deposits are non refundable
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Each artist has a different rate, please ask your artist how much they charge when you book your appointment
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Cash is preferred by most artists but we also accept e-transfers
Q: How long will it take for my tattoo to heal?
A: Tattoo healing time will vary from person to person. Generally tattoos take 3-4 weeks to heal and up to 6 months to settle into your skin. Please refer to the aftercare section of our site for more info
